JUSTICE - UK, MALAYSIA, TIBET, ISRAEL

In the UK, Michael Gilbert was tortured over a period of many years.

He is now dead.

In the UK, Peter Harvey was tortured.

He has been put on trial.

Michael Gilbert came from a children's home.

He was 'adopted' by the Watt family, who kept him as a slave

Members of the Watt family tortured and eventually murdered Michael Gilbert.

Michael Gilbert's headless body was found in a lake. (Six jailed for murder, torture and slavery of Blue Lagoon victim)

Members of the Watt family have been sent to jail.

Some kids filmed the torture of a school teacher called Peter Harvey.

The torturers are not on trial.

The teacher, Peter Harvey, is on trial.

A court has heard that some pupils tried to 'push the boundaries.' (Teacher Peter Harvey 'yelled')

Memebers of a class baited Peter Harvey and secretly filmed the action.

Peter Harvey, 50, eventually 'snapped' after a boy told him to 'F*** off'.

Video footage of the torture of Harvey has been shown to the jury during the opening of Harvey's trial on 26 April 2010.

The film shows Harvey having an argument with a female pupil who had been 'messing about' with window blinds and a white board.

The girl called Harvey a 'bald-headed b******'.

The video shows kids taunting Harvey with shouts of 'psycho'.

Harvey is shown warning a boy to put down a wooden metre ruler.

The boy had been 'wandering' around the classroom playing sword fights.

The boy had picked up a bunsen burner stand.

Harvey then attacked the boy.

The boy suffered a fractured skull in the attack and has been left with loss of hearing on his right side.

At a previous time, Harvey had been off school with stress after a pupil threatened him at home.

Harvey was threatened for defending a female colleague who was being abused by the pupil's twin brother.

In the UK, one in three schools is suffering too much bad behaviour

Conservative Party education spokesman Michael Gove said: 'Over 1,000 pupils a day are excluded for assault and abuse.

'Teachers don't feel they have the power to deal with disruption.'

The Conservatives have pledged to make it easier for teachers to use reasonable force to deal with violence and remove disruptive pupils.

In the UK city of Hull, just 25 per cent of secondary schools were judged good or better for pupil behaviour at their last inspection.

A survey by the Association of Teachers and Lecturers found that teachers believe behaviour in schools is worse than it was five years ago, with pupils as young as five being disrespectful, intimidating and violent.

Almost four in 10 teachers said they have encountered physical aggression in the classroom.

Reportedly, in Malaysia, Teoh Beng Hock was tortured and murdered by the authorities.

In 2009, Pornthip Rojanasunand, a Thai pathology expert, testified in the Teoh Beng Hock case that there is an 80% probability that Teoh Beng Hock's death was caused by homicide.

Dr Pornthip then reportedly pulled out of the case, citing "political pressure". (Thai ministry wants written guarantee of safety for Pornthip)

In 1979, Blair Peach, a 33-year-old teacher from New Zealand, was hit while taking part in a demonstration in London, against the National Front.

Eleven witnesses told the Blair Peach inquest that police officers were responsible for the teacher's death. (Police publish report into death of Blair Peach in 1979 )

No policeman has been, or is expected to be, prosecuted.

Buddhism teaches that 'enlightenment' ends suffering.

But not all Buddhists get it right.

In Tibet, young boys were regularly taken from their peasant families and brought into the monasteries to be trained as monks. (Friendly Fuedalism - The Tibet Myth)

Tashì-Tsering, a monk, reported that peasant children were sexually mistreated in the monasteries.

He himself was a victim of repeated rape, beginning at age nine. (The Struggle for Modern Tibet: The Autobiography of Tashì-Tsering, 1997)

The monastic estates conscripted children for lifelong servitude as domestics, dance performers, and soldiers.

A group of Jewish religious leaders asked one of the Dalai Lama's group, a Buddhist scholar named Geshe Sonam Rinchen, if the Holocaust was due to past karma.

The scholar said that it was due to past karma. (Karma in Buddhism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

CORRUPTION

Goldman Sachs was the top Obama donor (CNN.com)

Goldman Sachs reaped $6B after making its $1M Obama contribution.

Senator Carl Levin claims: 'Banks such as Goldman Sachs...bundled toxic mortgages into complex financial instruments, got the credit rating agencies to label them as AAA securities, and sold them to investors, magnifying and spreading risk throughout the financial system, and all too often betting against the instruments they sold and profiting at the expense of their clients.' (Goldman Sachs bosses.)

In Soviet Russia, the communist party centralised the collection of bribes.

In South Korea, bribes are paid by business leaders to a president's campaign fund.

But, in many countries, different ministries, agencies and levels of local government all set their own bribe rates independently. (Corruptionc)

At Inside Indonesia 92, Apr-Jun 2008, Ari Kuncoro, who lectures in economics at the University of Indonesia and who has a PhD from Brown University USA, wrote 'Corruption Inc'

He makes the following points:

1. Economists Shleifer and Vishny, in 1993, distinguished between centralised and decentralised bribery.

Decentralised bribery is worse for economic growth than centralised bribery.

2. In Suharto's Indonesia, corruption was centralised and predictable.

Corruption was controlled by the Suharto family and the top military leadership, in partnership with the big businesses run by the Chinese-Indonesians.

3. In 2001, after the fall of Suharto, Indonesia had a decentralisation program.

More power was given to the regions.

Today, a lot more people are demanding bribes - including local politicians, officials, soldiers and police.

4. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono made tackling corruption his central campaign promise.

But, the judicial system and the civil service remain somewhat corrupt.

"The scandalous acquittal by the South Jakarta court of former Bank Mandiri director E. C. W. Neloe ... is just one example."

In 2006, a bribery scandal involved the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Bagir Manan.

5. There have been successes.

For example, in 2006, former Minister of Religion Said Agil Husein al-Munawar was jailed for seven years for corruptly using Mecca pilgrimage money.

Several former or current directors of state enterprises are now also in court or jail.

6. At a lower level, anti-corruption prosecutions are having some effect.

7. In provincial governor elections in West Java and North Sumatra, 'evidently corrupt and inept incumbents' were soundly defeated.

8. In 2008 it was revealed that the central Bank of Indonesia paid large bribes to national parliamentarians debating a new finance bill.

While the deputy governor of the bank was detained, catching 'the big fish' in parliament proved to be more difficult.

President Yudhoyono publicly disapproved of the anti corruption body's method of 'sting' operations.

9. One big issue is political party funding.

Much of the parties' money is thought to come from corrupt government officials.

10. Lawmaker Al Amin Nasution was arrested in 2008 for receiving a bribe from Riau Islands provincial officials in return for persuading the Ministry of Forestry to change the status of some land sites in Bintan Island.

Many Indonesians believe the arrests so far have only exposed the tip of an iceberg.

11. "As long as corruption in core national institutions of the state is addressed only half-heartedly, the prospects for substantial improvement remain dim...

"In order to succeed nationally, the anti-corruption drive must be accompanied by sweeping reforms in the judicial system and the civil service."

NATO INVENTED THE ASH CLOUD?

The arrow points to some ash. The 'aerosol index' shows the concentration of particles in the air (Mail on Sunday: The ash cloud that never was.)

On 15 April 2010, airspace was closed over Britain and most of Europe.

Airspace opened again on 21 April 2010.

NATO was carrying out a large airforce exercise in Europe between 12 April and 22 April 2010.

On 25 April 2010, The Mail on Sunday (The ash cloud that never was.) reports that:

1. During the crisis, the main aircraft used by the UK Meteorological Office to measure ash density was grounded, 'as it was due to be repainted'.

2. Computers at the Met Office produced maps showing the ash would cover an area stretching from Russia to Newfoundland.

But across almost all of this area, there was virtually no ash at all.

There was none visible to satellites.

3. The maximum density of ash over Britain was about one twentieth of the limit that scientists, the Government, and aircraft and engine manufacturers have now decided is safe.

Jim McKenna, the Civil Aviation Authority's head of Airworthiness, Strategy and Policy has admitted: 'It's also true that for some of the time, the density of ash above the UK was close to undetectable.'

Was the Iceland volcano story faked?

On 20 April 2010, at MMnews - Webcam - Vulkan friedlich - [ Translate this page ], we read that:

1. The media manipulated the images of the eruption of the Eyjafjallajökull volcano.

The media used images of the volcano which were a week old.

Imagery of an eruption was shown at a time when the mountain was peaceful.

2. If there was a lot of ash, filming the volcano would be difficult. The lens would be covered in ash?

3. There have always been volcanic eruptions in Iceland. Many were worse than the present eruption. But past eruptions have not caused problems for airlines.

4. There have been very big eruptions from the largest volcano in Europe, Mount Etna in Sicily.

Etna erupted in 2002.

Satellite images showed a many hundred of kilometer long time plume of smoke from Etna.

But neither smoke nor ash stopped air traffic at that time.

"Some wonder whether there is something else going on under the cover of earthquake eruptions, such as a test run to shut down air travel internationally."

From 12 April to 22 April 2010, NATO airforces took part in Exercise BRILLIANT ARDENT 10. (http://www.usafe.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123199666)

This large scale NATO Response Force Air Live Exercise was hosted by Germany. (arthurzbygniew.blogspot/)

So, they cleared the air of civil aircraft?

"NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on 19 April 2010 that the ash cloud was not affecting the alliance's military readiness." (Iceland eruption )

On 20 April 2010, The Mail reported that 40 test flights across Europe found NO evidence of ash in jet engines, windows or lubrication systems. (Iceland volcano eruption: Met Office criticised. )

Matthias Ruete, the European Commission's director general of transport, said air traffic authorities should not have imposed a widespread ban on flights.

Iceland has had fairly frequent volcanic eruptions and sometimes they have gone on for many months.

None of the previous eruptions has affected international air travel in the same way as the April 2010 eruption.

As the Telegraph points out today, "Volcanoes have pumped ash plumes of this size and bigger into the atmosphere many times in the past without turning an entire continent into a no-fly zone."

Volcanic erruptions are fairly frequent in Indonesia.

In 1982, in Indonesia, a British Airways Jumbo flew directly over an erupting volcano and lost power to all its engines.

Large rocks were found in the engines.

The jumbo did regain power and landed safely.

Among the points made:

1. After the eruption of the Eyjafjallajoekull volcano in Iceland on April 14 air traffic across Europe was grounded.

4. The VAAC in England was working from a "computer simulation," and "has not even conducted an actual sky ash measurement."

The agency responsible for Volcanic Ash measurement for the region, including Iceland, is Britain's "Met Office," the UK's National Weather Service, which in turn is a Trading Fund within the Ministry of Defence, operating on a commercial basis under set targets according to their website.

5. The Iceland eruption is a relatively minor one.

6. Modern jet aircraft engines are robust, says Air France's Savignol.

They have to face not only the hazards of bird strikes, but rain, hail and even salt spray on take-off from coastal airports. Furthermore, sand is a common hazard from dust storms and from desert airfields.

7. The blanket ban under clear blue skies and glorious sunshine across Europe made some wonder whether there was something else going on under the cover of earthquake eruptions, such as a test run to shut down air travel internationally.

Since no one has ever been injured from an aircraft disabled by a volcanic eruption, it is a question that lingers.

Luis posted this comment:

The Spanish version of Meyssan's VoltaireNet mentions that the NATO exercise was to test new tactical weapons related to the anti-missile shield.

Seeing as the US's anti-missile programme is such crap, clearing the skies was the only way to make the buggery thing work.

He also points out that the costs to the European airlines industry was devastating, leaving them exposed to takeovers by US operators.

ISRAEL AND THE UK ELECTION

Nick Clegg is leader of the UK's Liberal Democrats. He has dared to criticise Israel.

On 7 January 2009, Nick Clegg wrote in The Guardian (Nick Clegg: We must stop arming Israel.):

"The EU is by far Israel's biggest export market...

"It must immediately suspend the proposed new cooperation agreement with Israel until things change in Gaza...

"Brown must also halt Britain's arms exports to Israel, and persuade our EU counterparts to do the same."

Nick Clegg - Telegraph

Nick Clegg's Liberal Democrats are expected to do well in the coming UK election.

Nick Clegg's biggest mistake is to support the war in Afghanistan.

We have criticised Nick Clegg, but it has to be pointed out that he is not as bad as the Zionist David Cameron (Conservative leader) or the Zionist Gordon Brown (Labour leader).

In the coming UK election it is worth voting for the Liberal Democrats in constituencies where the Liberal Democrats are the main opposition to Labour or the Conservatives.

We would not vote Liberal Democrat where the Scottish Nationalists or other anti-Afghanistan war candidates have a chance of winning.

The Scottish Nationalists oppose the Afghanistan war and weapons of mass destruction.

Nick Clegg (General Election 2010: my school days with Nick Clegg - Telegraph)

On 21 April 2010, Nile Gardiner, a Washington-based political commentator, wrote that "Nick Clegg's Israel-bashing is sickening." (Nick Clegg's Israel-bashing is sickening)

Gardiner wrote: "I've written about Clegg's distinctly anti-American views and his complete disregard for the NATO alliance, but his policies towards Israel deserve attention as well..."

In December 2009, Clegg was the lead signatory to an Observer letter by a group of MPs which stated:

"One year on from Israel's invasion of the Gaza Strip, the Israeli government continues to imprison 1.5 million Palestinians and prevent the rebuilding of its shattered infrastructure.

"Israel's blockade of Gaza, described by the UN fact-finding mission as 'collective punishment', stops reconstruction materials and humanitarian aid from reaching those who so desperately require it…"

In December 2009, Nick Clegg wrote in the Guardian:

"The legacy of Operation Cast Lead is a living nightmare for one and a half million Palestinians squeezed into one of the most overcrowded and wretched stretches of land on the planet.

"How is the peace process served by sickness, mortality rates, mental trauma and malnutrition increasing in Gaza? … No peaceful coexistence of any kind is possible as long as this act of collective confinement continues."

CANDIDATES MENTION NORTHWOODS, GLADIO, AND MOCKINGBIRD?

Kennedy tells the TV audience about the CIA's MKULTRA experiments on children?

Americans have had presidential debates for 50 years.

In the last US election you were allowed to hear a lot about Obama and McCain.

But you were not allowed to hear much about Bob Barr (Libertarian Party) or Chuck Baldwin (Constitution Party).

The recent TV debate in the UK was interesting because the three candidates who were allowed to appear are all in favour of the Afghanistan war and weapons of mass destruction.

Nick Clegg's Liberal Democrats want to keep nuclear weapons; they aim to replace Trident with alternative nuclear weapons.

The BBC Trust rejected the anti-nuclear nationalists' appeal over being barred from the TV debate.

Here is what was not said by Gordon Brown, David Cameron and Nick Clegg in the TV debate on 22 April 2010.

DAVID CAMERON:

It's clear from last week's debate that the country wants change.

But the three main parties all support nuclear weapons and the war in Afghanistan.

NICK CLEGG:

We all want to lead on the biggest challenge of all - climate change.

GORDON BROWN:

We all want to consider terrorism.

NICK CLEGG:

Terrorism has its uses.

Remember Operation Northwoods?

That was the Pentagon's plan to carry out acts of terrorism in the USA and blame it on the Cubans.

DAVID CAMERON:

Did someone mention the London Tube Bombings?

NICK CLEGG:

That convinced some people that we had to be at war.

GORDON BROWN:

We all want to help the war industries, which are so important to the economy.

Cameron (Conservative), Clegg (Liberal-Democrat) , Brown (Labour)

NICK CLEGG:

Remember Operation Gladio?

That was essential to keep the left wing out of power in Europe.

GORDON BROWN:

The Bologna Bombing was the work agents of the USA and NATO.

But, look, we wanted our friends in power in Italy, Turkey, Greece, and elsewhere.

That's politics.

DAVID CAMERON:

Some of my friends have never heard of Operation Northwoods or Operation Gladio.

NICK CLEGG:

But they have heard of Miley Cyrus.

Miley

GORDON BROWN:

We can all be thankful for Operation Mockingbird, CIA control of the media.

DAVID CAMERON:

Very few people have ever heard of Operation Mockingbird.

NICK CLEGG:

That's because of Operation Mockingbird.

GORDON BROWN:

When I was invited to join the CIA, I learnt that a lot of top politicians in this country are working for the security services.

DAVID CAMERON:

But we must give the appearance of believing in democracy.

NICK CLEGG:

Here, here.

Vince Cable, who is Jewish, is a top UK Liberal Democrat.

Vince Cable joined Shell in 1990.

He was appointed chief economist in 1995, the same year as the writer Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight other leaders of the southern Nigerian Ogoni ethnic group were executed by Nigeria's military government.

This was after a lot of state-sponsored violence in the south.

In a court in New York, Campaigners accused Shell of complicity in the violence in order to protect its oil interests.

In an out-of-court settlement, Shell agreed to pay the victims' families $15.5m. (New Statesman - Vince Cable: Beneath the halo)

DON'T VOTE FOR THE LOBBYISTS

A senior arms lobbyist was gaining access to UK ministers inside Parliament using a research assistant pass allotted to a top Liberal Democrat. Image from: www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/expose...

Jack Abramoff has been a lobbyist.

"Less than a week before the 9 11 attack, Atta and several other hijackers were aboard one of Abramoff's casino boats." (The Secret World of Jack Abramoff)

There are lobbyists for Israel, for the arms industry, for the drinks industry, for the CIA and so on.

The political parties are full of lobbysists and CIA assets.

Nick Clegg, leader of the UK Liberal Democrats, was a partner with euro-lobbyist GPlus.

GPlus represented the interests of Gazprom.

Clegg's chief of staff Danny Alexander is the former director of communications with the European Movement. (Connect the euro-dots: Clegg, Alexander...CIA? )

The European Movement wants a centralised EU government.

The CIA wants a united Europe and has poured millions into bodies that support a united Europe.

The CIA set up the American Committee on United Europe (ACUE) which has provided secret funds to the European Movement, the organisation for which Nick Cleggs' chief of staff worked. (Connect the euro-dots: Clegg, Alexander...CIA? )

Most people don't notice.

Nick Harvey is the Liberal Democrat's defence spokesman.

Harvey worked for Harrison Cowley, a lobbying firm whose interests include the defence industry. (The Lib Dems are a party full of shadow lobbyists Mail Online)

The current Liberal Democrat leader in the House of Lords, Lord McNally, has been a lobbyist.

McNally was the head of the Hill Knowlton public affairs firm.

McNally is a former vice-chairman of Weber Shandwick, which has done work for Nestle.

The Liberal Democrat's Treasury spokesman Jeremy Browne has worked with at least three lobbying firms.

Lord Newby, who represents the Lib Dems on the Treasury in the House of Lords, has worked for the public affairs firm Matrix Communications.

Lord Tyler, Liberal Democrat spokesman on constitutional affairs, is a former lobbyist.

Both Nick Clegg's wife and the treasurer of the Liberal Democrats, Lord Clement- Jones, are linked to lobbying firm DLA Piper.

No fewer than than 20 new Liberal Democrats candidates are lobbyists. (The Lib Dems are a party full of shadow lobbyists Mail Online )

The Daily Telegraph has reported that UK Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg received payments from:

Ian Wright, a senior executive at drinks firm Diageo

Neil Sherlock, the head of public affairs at accountants KPMG

Michael Young, a former gold-mining executive.

The payments went into Nick Clegg's private bank account.

(Nick Clegg, the Lib Dem donors and payments into his private bank account.)

Clegg and friend

In 2009, UK government minister Tessa Jowell's husband David Mills was sentenced to four and a half years jail in Italy for corruption.

After Tony Blair won the 1997 general election, he made Tessa Jowell his public health minister.

According to The Observer ( How the lawyer's pub deal brewed a storm of trouble ) :

At the time Jowell was involved in discussions with the drinks industry about a range of issues from relaxing drinking regulations to alcopops.

She was also working on a white paper about the future of tobacco use that would see the government back away from banning smoking in pubs...

Documents obtained by The Observer reveal that on 8 February 1998, Tessa Jowell's husband David Mills used a company based in the British Virgin Islands to buy 90,895 shares in a little-known firm called the Old Monk Company...

The Old Monk Company is involved with pubs and drink.Mills pumped £80,000 into the company...Reportedly the shares were sold, on 3 September 1999, for £147,977.

Assuming the detailed evidence collected by the Italian prosecutor is accurate, this suggests that in a space of just 18 months while his wife was public health minister, Mills had turned a profit of £67,000 - a return of more than 80 per cent...

Opponents are likely to seize on this as an apparent conflict of interest that should have been declared.

The Observer article continues: Within 18 months the Labour Party would be trying to secure votes at the 2001 General Election by sending out text messages to students saying: 'Cdnt give a XXXX 4 lst ordrs? Then vote Labour for extra time.'

After Labour was returned to power, Jowell was promoted to Culture Secretary with the job of driving through the new drinking laws. (BLAIR, JOWELL, MILLS, BERLUSCONI, THE MAFIA)

That meant more kids consuming bottles of gin.

Anybody notice?

Not all politicians work for the drinks industry.

The Scottish National Party wants to tackle the problem of drunken children.

In Scotland, two former Labour health ministers broke ranks with their party over Scottish National Party government proposals for minimum alcohol pricing in Scotland.

Malcolm Chisholm and Susan Deacon said they both supported the SNP policy, which the Labour Party strongly opposes. (BBC News - Ex-Labour health ministers back minimum drink pricing)

In 2008, The Independent reported that Robin Ashby, a senior arms lobbyist with Bergmans, was gaining access to ministers inside Parliament using a research assistant pass allotted to Lady Harris, a top Liberal Democrat, who benefits financially from one of his companies.

Bergmans offers insider information about how the British Government works to foreign countries including the USA and Russia. (www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/expose...)

WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE BILL YATES

Yates (arms aloft) celebrates victory in the 1955 General Election. Photo: SHROPSHIRE STAR. (Tributes to former Wrekin MP Bill Yates : Shropshire Star:)

William Yates, who died on 18 April 2010, served in the parliaments of both the United Kingdom and Australia. (William Yates - Telegraph)

From 1955 to 1966 he was a UK MP.

When the governments of Israel, France and the UK carried out an illegal attack on Egypt, Yates told parliament: "I have come to the conclusion that Her Majesty's Government have been involved in an international conspiracy."

Cairo Radio quoted Yates as saying Britain's Middle Eastern policy had "made her a laughing stock from Cairo to Singapore".

Yates's stance in the Suez crisis helped bring about the downfall of British Prime Minister Anthony Eden.

Yates sent a supportive telegram to King Hussein of Jordan during the Six-Day War.

In 1967 Yates urged King Hussein on behalf of the "ordinary British people" to insist on the return of Jerusalem to Jordan.

The electorate threw Yates out and the Conservative party dropped Yates as a candidate.

Yates was not pro-Israeli enough for his party.

Yates was, in 1960, probably the first British politician to predict that Israel would develop nuclear weapons.

At the end of 1967 Yates emigrated to Australia.

ASH NOT AFFECTING NATO?

"Some wonder whether there is something else going on under the cover of earthquake eruptions, such as a test run to shut down air travel internationally."

In April 2010, NATO airforces are taking part in Exercise BRILLIANT ARDENT 10. (http://www.usafe.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123199666)

The large scale NATO Response Force Air Live Exercise hosted by Germany began April 12 and will run through April 22. (arthurzbygniew.blogspot/)

So, they have cleared the air of civil aircraft?

"NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on 19 April 2010 that the ash cloud was not affecting the alliance's military readiness." (Iceland eruption )

SABOTAGE OF POLISH PLANE?

arthurzbygniew.blogspot/ brought our attention to an article at worldreports.org/ entitled: POLAND’S SUSPICIOUS SECOND KATYN MASSACRE TRAGEDY

Among the points made:

(1) President Mikheil Saakashvili of Georgia has stated in a CNN interview that 'something incredibly evil was involved here'.

(2) A close examination of the precise terrain WEST of the Smolensk-Severnyi military airport reveals that for an extended area, the terrain is DISTINCTLY LOWER than the airport itself, which is situated on a sort of plateau. The area to the WEST of the military airport is between 100 and 150 feet BELOW the plateau. In THAT case, the plane COULD NOT HAVE SCRAPED THE TOPS OF TREES, unless the trees were about 400 feet high.

Had someone sabotaged the altimeter?

(3) An article in The Guardian cites a Polish MP who attended the memorial gathering in the Katyn forests, having travelled there by train, who claims that at the time of the alleged 'accident', which occurred just before 11:00 a.m., there were blue skies over Katyn, which is located about ten miles from the crash site. The Polish MP's remark is found at the end of the article: here's the link: guardian.poland-president-plane-crash-kaczynski

• See also the following article in the Daily Mail:
dailymail.co.uk/engineered-plane-crash-claims-Polish-MP.3

(4) An Italian source, informazionescorretta.blogspot.com, reported on 14th April that three Russian boys heard and saw an explosion before the crash.

(5) An aircraft crammed with Polish journalists landed just 40 minutes after the crash, and went straight to Katyn, as though nothing had happened.

(6) The pilot is reported by Polish sources to have been struggling with defective altimeter and airspeed indicators. There are reports that radar revealed that the plane was only 10 metres off the ground, which is inconsistent with the treetop story.

It should be noted that a favourite DVD (German intelligence) crash stratagem is to fiddle PRECISELY with the altimeter and speed indicators. This is in fact a known hallmark of a DVD OPERATION, raising suspicions of collaboration by foreign intelligence or even of a METABRIDGE OP. (Mossad-CIA-MI-6-DVD), as the Poles had snubbed the IMF over Greece.

(7) The 25-year-old aircraft had undergone a complete overhaul at a factory in southern Russia late in 2009.

This makes a planned malfunction likely.

(8) Issues contemporaneous with this catastrophe include:

• Most conspicuously, the peak level of intergovernmental tensions surrounding the disposition and settlement of diverted and stolen funds, given not least that Poland was exploited during the Bush II Administration, when the US Ambassador to Poland was a known George W. Bush crony and Polish institutions were flooded with the proceeds of illicit off-balance sheet trades leveraged off diverted and stolen funds.

PAUL CAME BACK TO LIFE

.

In Germany, three year old Paul fell into a pond and died.

On 18th April 2010, we read in The Mail how Paul apparently then came to a gate and met Emmi, his great grandma.

Paul said: "There was a lot of light and I was floating.

"I came to a gate and I saw Grandma Emmi on the other side.

"She said to me, 'What are you doing here Paul? You must go back to mummy and daddy. I will wait for you here.'

"I knew I was in heaven. But grandma said I had to come home. She said that I should go back very quickly.

"Heaven looked nice. But I am glad I am back with mummy and daddy now."

How do we know?

Paul came back to life more than three hours after he had died.

Professor Lothar Schweigerer, director of the clinic where the dead Paul Eicke had been taken, said: "I have never experienced anything like it.

"When children have been underwater for a few minutes they mostly don't make it. This is a most extraordinary case.

"My doctors were close to saying 'we can do no more' after two hours of thorax compression.

"This was because the chances of survival had gone and the little lad must have been brain dead.

"But then suddenly his heart started to beat again ... it was a fantastic miracle."

One in ten people claim to have had an out-of-body experience at some time in their lives.

At Out-of-body - near-death experiences, we read:

In Dr. Raymond Moody's documentary entitled, Life After Life, he interviewed a Russian scientist named Dr. George Rodonaia, who had a near-death out of body experience.

While 'dead' George visited an infant crying in a nearby room.

"George observed that no one could figure out why the infant was crying so persistently.

"But George learned while out of his body that the infant had a broken arm.

"When George returned to life, he told the infant's parents about the broken arm.

"An x-ray revealed that the infant's arm was indeed broken."

There is a question about whether or not consciousness exists outside the body.

Believers in Reincarnation would suggest that consciousness survives death.

From: paraps.l/ we learn the following:

Brain specialists, Prof. J.C.Eccles, Dr.Wilder Penfield and Prof.W.H.Thorpe have stated that the brain appears to be an organism to register and channel consciousness rather than produce it.

"The brain is messenger to consciousness", Eccles said.

David J.Chalmers Ph.D. writes in the Scientific American (1997):

Consciousness, the subjective experience of an inner self, could be a phenomenon forever beyond the reach of neuroscience. Even a detailed knowledge of the brain's workings and the neural correlates of consciousness may fail to explain how or why human beings have self-aware minds.

The Lancet of 15th December 2001 published an extensive Near Death Experience (NDE) study by Pim van Lommel, MD, cardiologist at Rijnstate Hospital in Arnhem, Netherlands.

He relates:

A patient saw during a NDE, besides his deceased grandmother, another man who looked at him full of love. Yet he did not know him.

More than ten years later he learned that he was born out of wedlock with a Jewish man during WW2.

This man was deported and killed.

When he was shown a photo of his biological father he recognised him as the man he had seen ten years before during his NDE

According to the Telegraph, 22 October 2000, (http://news.telegraph.co.uk/news/l):

1. "THE first scientific study of 'near-death' experiences has found new evidence to suggest that consciousness or the 'soul' can continue to exist after the brain has ceased to function."

2. Two eminent doctors carried out a year-long study of heart attack survivors.

3. Their study concludes that a number of people have almost certainly had 'experiences' after they were pronounced clinically dead.

4. This suggests that the mind or consciousness can survive the death of the brain.

5. The study was based on interviews with survivors of heart attacks at Southampton General Hospital's cardiac unit.

It was published in the respected medical journal Resuscitation.

The study's authors are Dr Peter Fenwick, a consultant neuropsychiatrist at the Institute of Psychiatry in London, and Dr Sam Parnia, a clinical research fellow and registrar at Southampton hospital.

Dr Parnia said: "These people were having these experiences when we wouldn't expect them to happen, when the brain shouldn't be able to sustain lucid processes or allow them to form memories that would last.

"So it might hold an answer to the question of whether mind or consciousness is actually produced by the brain or whether the brain is a kind of intermediary for the mind, which exists independently."

Dr Fenwick said: "If the mind and brain can be independent, then that raises questions about the continuation of consciousness after death. It also raises the question about a spiritual component to humans and about a meaningful universe with a purpose rather than a random universe."

Four patients recounted feelings of peace and joy, heightened senses, lost awareness of body, and entering another world.

Dr Parnia, who was trained at the Guys and St Thomas' medical school, University of London, said: "I started off as a sceptic but, having weighed up all the evidence, I now think that there is something going on...

"If ... the brain is like an intermediary which manifests the mind, like a television will act as an intermediary to manifest waves in the air into a picture or a sound, we can show that the mind is still there after the brain is dead. And that is what I think these near-death experiences indicate."

Psychic & Spirit Magazine had an article on 'Divination The Tarot And Quantum Physics', by Cilla Conway, on Mar 16, 2005. (http://www.psychicsahar.com/l )

Conway points out that in the world of Quantum Physics we find: "There is an underlying unity: an energy or ‘field’ that exists throughout the universe....

"All matter in the universe can now be seen as interconnected by waves of energy. Matter itself is part of the same energy field – in other words there is no division between the material and the immaterial...

The 'field' "implies information exchange, as well as energy exchange, and could therefore provide instantaneous communication.

"The phenomena we call ... paranormal, such as telepathy, telekinesis,... and other oracular devices, foresight, intuition, and dreams, would just be part of this exchange, as we are part of The Field.

"As mystics have said for millennia, there is no separation. Equally important, this also corroborates the metaphysical tenet – that we create our own reality...

"Physics and mysticism are beginning to talk the same language: no longer are we considered to be a separate part of existence, nor is mind seen as separate from body. Some physicists even say that the cosmos is not only affected by consciousness, but is consciousness.

"As Lynne Taggart says, the physicists’ ‘work suggested a decentralized but unified intelligence that was far grander and more exquisite than Darwin or Newton had imagined, a process that was not random or chaotic, but intelligent and purposeful.’

KOSHER NOSTRA TO DECIDE ELECTION?

Nick Clegg and friends.

Has a powerful faction within the Kosher Nostra decided that they could have the UK run by an alliance of Nick Clegg's Liberal Democrats and Gordon Brown's Labour party?

In 2008, The Telegraph reported that friends of Nat Rothschild had warned that "the Conservative Party should halt their attempts to 'rubbish' Nat Rothschild, or risk the Shadow Chancellor being brought down". ('stop rubbishing' Rothschild or you're ...)

A YouGov poll on 18 April 2010 (Clegg nearly as popular as Churchill ) is suggesting the following result in the May 2010 UK general election:

Gordon Brown's Labour party - 287 members of parliament

David cameron's Conservative party - 239

Nick Clegg's Liberal Democrats - 93

A Labour - Liberal Democrat alliance would support:

1. The war in Afghanistan.

2. Further immigration.

3. Further European Union integration.

The Scottish National Party opposes the war in Afghanistan, so it is being attacked by the media.

Liberal Democrat leader Paddy Ashdown was a spy for MI6 (Paddy Ashdown - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Monroe Palmer, chairman of Liberal-Democrat Friends of Israel, says: "Nick is a very good friend of the Jews."

What do we know about the spooky Liberal Democrats?

order-order/ reports (Journalism for Billionaires, by Billionaires) on Bhanu Choudrie who is one of the Liberal Democrats biggest donors.

The Observer says he is a non-dom who "has been accused of accepting tens of millions of pounds in kickbacks from an arms deal between an Israeli company and the Indian government."

A Liberal Democrat - Labour alliance would be run by Peter Mandelson, David and Ed Miliband, Jack straw, Vince Cable, and Chris Huhne all of whom reportedly have Jewish roots.

Cyril Smith was a top Liberal. "Rochdale Alternative Press (Rochdale Alternative Press ) May 1979 (Number 78) - has obtained evidence that, during the 1960’s, Cyril Smith was using his position to get lads aged 15 – 18 to undress in front of him in order that he could get them to bend over his knee while he spanked their bare bottoms or let him hold their testicles in a bizarre 'medical inspection'."

Of course there could be an alliance of the Liberal Democrats with the Conservatives, or, a grand coalition of Liberal Democrats, Labour and Conservatives.

In 2005, Nil Clark wrote, in TheGuardianl, that David Cameron leader of the UK Conservative party "is an unreconstructed hawk, his campaign masterminded by the neoconservative trio of Tory MPs Osborne, Michael Gove and Ed Vaizey, all enthusiastic cheerleaders for Pax Americana.

"Osborne hailed the 'excellent neoconservative case' for action against Iraq in 2003 and denies that the invasion has radicalised Muslim opinion."

In 2005, Gaby Hinsliff and Ned Temko, in the Observer.l, listed the members of David Cameron's inner circle, which included:

1. George Eustice, who started his political career with the UK Independence Party (which is reportedly pro-Israel and pro-Pentagon.)

2. Oliver Letwin, who has links to the Rothschilds.

3. Michael Gove, who is an admirer of the American neo-cons.

4. Daniel Finkelstein, who is a Times journalist.

Jeremy Thorpe was leader of the Liberal Party (which became the Liberal Democrats). His political career was damaged when an acquaintance, Norman Scott, claimed to be his former homosexual lover, and ended when he was charged with conspiring to murder Scott (Jeremy Thorpe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

If someone wants to start a war, the Liberals are the people to lend a hand.

Sir Edward Grey was the UK foreign Secretary in the Liberal government in Britain in 1914.

According to Webster Tarpley (american_almanac/edwgrey.htm, 1995), "Sir Edward Grey Turned The Sarajevo Crisis Into War."

Tarpley claims that Grey used ‘perfidy and cunning’ to bring about a world war after the assassination of the heir to the throne of the Austro-Hungar Archduke Franz Ferdinand on June 28, 1914 in Sarajevo, Bosnia.

According to Tarpley, if Sir Edward Grey had wanted to avoid war, he could have warned France and Russia that Britain would remain neutral.

Russia was unlikely to go to war without the support of Britain.

The Kaiser apparently thought that if England did not fight, France and Russia were unlikely to do so either.

Tarpley claims that Grey gave France hints that England would support Russia and France.

These hints were then passed on to Russian Foreign Minister Sazonov, a British agent, and to Czar Nicholas II.

Tarpley points out that "the British were the first of the great powers to mobilize their war machine, in this case the Grand Fleet of the Royal Navy.

"On July 19, the British staged a formidable naval demonstration with a review of the Grand Fleet at Portsmouth.

"On the afternoon of July 28, Winston Churchill ordered the fleet to proceed during the night at high speed with no lights from Portsmouth through the Straits of Dover to its wartime base of operations at Scapa Flow, north of Scotland."

Beware of the Liberals.
