In September 2009, in INDIA, a judicial probe has found that the police kidnapped and murdered a female student and three other people.
In Mumbai, 19-year-old Ishrat Jahan Raza was picked up by the police, along with her boyfriend.
Police said the four were 'terrorists' who had been gunned down after a police chase.
But a judicial probe has found the four were killed in police custody.
The probe blamed top police for their deaths, saying they were staged to win promotions and rewards.
